ARBITRATION COURT
WELLINGTON SITTINGS
To-morrow the Arbitration Court will commence its sittings in Wellington for the second time this year. The Court will leave Wellington. on 18th August for Palmerston, and will go on to New Plymouth on 21st August and Wanganui on 25th August, resuming in Wellington on 27th August. The Wellington business includes applications for Dominion awards affecting shop assistants, the shop trade, musicians, and coachbuilders, and six local applications including the trawlers ' dispute, which was before the Court at the last sittings. The following compensation eases are set down for hearing:—Grayndler v. Barton, Bragging y. the King, Davidson v. Daysh, Robertson v. North British and Mercantile Insurance Company, Green yi Gorrigfm, Cahill v. Wellington City' Cpun'eil,' Little v. Wellington City Council, 'Kay v. Wellington City Council, Jones v.
