Italy and tho Soviet have signed $ commercial treaty, according to "Tha Times" Komo correspondent.
Tho terms have not been published yet, so it is impossible to say whether; tho document goes beyond tho lond series of commercial agreements witre Germany which wiio signed recently* Tho treaty, however, marks tho begiu« ning of more intense economic collaVjor:v tion between Italy and tho Soviet Go* vernment. Tho announcement followed a cordial meeting between Signot; Mussolini and the Soviet Commissar.
