BROOKLYN CLUB

The Brooklyn harriers had a run at Eastbourne on Saturday, when they were the guests of Mr. Preston. J. Jenkins and D. Sinclair laid a trail from the Eastbourne Hotel along the beach to the Muntai rocks, thence to the top of the Gollin s Valley road, and back over the hills to the starting point. A run-in over the last 600 yards was won by D. C. Pederson, wittt D. Sinclair second, and L. Aehton third. During the run particularly good form was shown by Naulls, with the new members, Greenwood and Hester, exhibiting proMr. Preston was warmly thanked for the hospitality extended to the club.
