REFUSAL TO DISPERSE

AUCKLAND, This Day.
The- extraordinary position 'the booking of seats for the third Test continues to-day, despite an. advertisement in the morning papor that no seats would bo sold until after to-day. A queue of people stood firm at the booking office at 9 o 'clock this morning. The official in charge of the booking arrived and informed the crowd that there were- no seats left and it was no use their waiting. He declined to issuo chits for seats in 'the temporary stand which the Rugby Union is erecting. . The doors of the booking office closed, but at noon a queue still remained. Intense indignation is expressed by unemployed returned soldiers, 34 of whom joined a queue at 8.30 o'clock on Sunday morning, only to find that no tickets were to be sold.
