THE TRAVEL RUSH
. In the last ininute. rush of getting everything ready 'for a holiday, something is nearly always left out. Generally it is an article, that is essential on the journey, such as a brush and comb,, or a, toothbrush. .To avoid this trouble, it is a good idea to always have a list in the travelling case of everything that is required, and at the last minute this can be checked ovor to make sure that nothing.is missing. In these days when such a lot of travelling is done by motor vehicles, suit-cases get rougher, usage than of yore. Very' often' they' are strapped to the running board and receive full benefit of any puddles that have to be traversed,.and the dust of the road filters through the corners into tho con: tents. To prevent this, make a bag to fit the case of duck, Holland, linen,_or any other strong' serviceable material, and place it on the suit-case before tho journey begins. It will bo found that the case will last much longer this way, and not look, so shabby.
