The merit of this.stud attracted a large and.representative- attendance, buyers being .present from !as far south'as Edendaleand as far flbrth.as Auckland. Notwithstanding the depressed state of conditions generally, the sale was, most successful, and with the. exception of a^few. lots that did not reachf'.the ' vendor's'lide&:of value, the remaffider spld at good prices.
