PHIL SCOTT'S CHALLENGE
(Received 16th June, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 15th Juno. Scott has issued a challenge to Schmeling. It is expected that the light will be staged in England. Scott, however, must defeat Stribling on 28th July. -Thereafter the British Control Board can insist on him ns ;i genuine contender. No doubt the board will sec that he gets a fair deal.
