Pikelets.—l cup flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 level teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg, 4 cup milk. Sift flour, baking powder, add sugar, then beaten egg and milk. Put dessertspoonfuls on greased pan. Turn over when they, bnbble- "RED RIDING HOOD.?' Kelburn. Baked Apple.—-One apple {stewed), sugar 1 tea spoon, 1 white of egg.
