WAITAKI OLD BOYS

There was a good attendance of members at the first annual meeting of the Waitski Old Boys' Association this week. Mr. E. R. Dymoek presided, and among those present -was Mr. F. Milner, the rector of the school and patron of the association.

The annual report stated that the branch was now well established, and there was a credit balance of £9 12s on the year's workings. It was hoped, however, that there would be a membership campaign.

Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follow:—Chairman, Dr. W. J. H. Hislop; vice-presidents, Messrs. 'E. K. Dvniock and A. T. Duncan; committee, Messrs. W. P. Priugle, "\V. B. Kainey, D. Grant, J. IT. Torlesse, I. Macallan; lion, secretary, Mr. A. S. Curtis; lion, treasurer, Mr. A. W. Free; hon. auditor, Mr. 13. M. lieid.

It was decided to hold the annual reunion dinner ou a Friday night at an early date.
