AUCKLAND, 29 th May. Bishop Bennett, who arrived in Eotorua on Monday, was suffering from an indisposition. On Tuesday he consulted a doctor, who ordered his removal to the King George V. Hospital, where "an operation was performed this morning. . . • "
The latest report is that his condition is quite satisfactory.
