THEFT CHARGE WITHDRAWN (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day, > The charge against Hugh Eugene Fischer of stealing the cutter Maroro, which was wrecked in the Islands, was withdrawn to-day. Fischer was arrested at Dunedin on 2lst April on his. arrival with his family by the Mani l'omare from tlie Islands. ITe was remanded several time.", and was ou bail.
