HEADQUARTERS COMING HERE (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Tho headquarters of the New Zealand Union of Cyclists is to shifted to Wellington, with Mr. H. D. Bennett as patron, Mr. W. Thomson president, and Mr. F. Eiskino secretary. 'The idea is to stimulate interest there in self-gov-ernment for cycling and avoid the reproach of "Aucklandised control."
