EMPIRE ECONOMIC POLICY CLOSER CO-OPERATION (Received 29th May, noon.) LONDON, 28th May. The Chambers of Commerce Congress resolved to call on the- Governments of the Empire.to formulate an economic policy of closer co-operation and to appoint a commission on which business and economic experts will sit to draw up a scheme for this purpose.
