RUGBY, 27th May. Sir John Simon, chairman of the Royal Commission on Indian Affairs, which signed a unanimous report'yesterday, has intimated his intention of returning to his practice at the Bar almost immediately. Sir John Simon is one of the most successful counsel in the history of the British Bar, and his practice is said to have produced something like £50,000 a year. He sacrificed this over two years ago to devote his whole time to the work of the Indian Commission.
