Offerings at the wool sales to-day eonteisted of 8965 bales, including .3023 New Zealand. About 4690 were sold. Greasy merinos consisted chiefly of spinners n-ools: There was a moderate selection of < New Zealand Krossbredg and a good offering of slipes. Prices continue firm. New Zealand realisations.—Greasy crossbreds: Waikura, ll%d to lid; Black Pakowhbi, 12% dto 12d. Half bred: Severn, 13d to 12d; GMC over eclipse, finest halfbred lambs, 14% d; Tomoana over Oakleigh and G.F. Co. over Oaklcigh, 14yad. A few bales of NCF over Kaiapoi, 15d. Greasy crossbreds ranged in price from B?id to 13d.
