BERLIN, 27th May.

The Olympic Games Congress subcommittee decided that the question of amateur status should be left in the hands of tho International Association conditional on the understanding that they observe the requirements laid down at Prague. This in effect means that athletes in any way compensated for loss of salary are excluded from participation. " .
