WEST COAST FEDERATION

The Director of Air Services (WingCommander Grant-Dalton) visited the Eell Block Aerodrome, Now Plymouth, on Saturday morning, and gave his approval to the ground, subject to the removal of a temporary fence.

Within a few weeks, an exchange reports, the West Coast- Federation of Aero Clubs will receive a Government aeroplane. This machine is now on the water, and is expected to arrive in New Zealand in a fortnight. When, completed the aerodrome will give a runway in several directions of nearly half a mile.

Arrangements are. stated to be under way for the formation of a club at Marton, which is to join up with the federation.
