Parliament on Monday approved the International Treaty for the limitation and* Seduction of Naval - Armaments. It will now be. referred to the Senate for ratification. The Conservative leader, Mr. Bennett, .uttered a warning that there must always be "a police force "on the seas and that Canada should play her part in maintaining it.
