CHRISTCHURCH, This Day

A twelve-roomcu house near Selwyn River, one of the best-known homesteads in the Bllesrnere district, and owned by Mi-. F. G. "Waring, was destroyed by fire this morning. No furniture was saved.

The manager of Crown Studios wishes to notify the public that no damage was done to the studio or workrooms by tho fire in the Crown Buildings, and business will not be affected in any way.—Advt.
