Wills (N.Z.), Ltd.} v. Wong Loong Yew, £22 lls 9d. On a judgment summons F. Crisp was ordered to pay George Thomas Nation £3 10s forthwith, in default four days' imprisonment; L. Brown to pay Harold A. Ennis £40 6s 6d forthwith, in default one month's imprisonment; L. D. Barnes to pay E. C. Russell and Co., Ltd., £14 5s 5d by sth June, in, default fifteen days' imprisonment; H. Holmes to pay F. G. Dick £2 4s forthwith, in default two days' imprisonment; W. '. Townley to pay H. Baldwin and Co. £19 18s 3d forthwith, in default twenty days' imprisonment; H, G. Stringer to pay Wellington Hospital Board £3 17s forthwith, in default four days' imprisonment; H. D. Mousell to pay I. Baker £30 18s, at the rate of 10s a week,in default thirty days' imprisonment.
