(Received 22nd May, 11 a.m.) BUGBY, 21st May. v The TJnder-Seerotary for the Colonies; Dr. Shiels, "said that it was proposed to present to Parliament on 20th .June the conclusions of the Government in regard to closer union in East Africa. Tho Secretary for the Colonies would move in the House of Lords for the appointment of a joint committee of both Houses to consider the Government proposals.
