Watkins (chairman), ftfesdjtnes L. T. Watkms. A. W., nmitcr, ilowrs. G. E. Urown,'t!.>B. Moore, W. A. Varion, G. R. Baudinet; W. Ferguson, X. H. Gill, J. A. Orr, and 11/1). Moore. The directors' report stated that the band's .new uniforms were now in use. The past .month, had been a busy one with outside engagements. The football competitions had now commenced, and the following teams had been entered: Soccer, 4th, sth, 7tli, Bth A; and Bth 13 teams; Rugby,, 4th, ,sth, and possibly an uijrhth team. The scouts and cubs were,, taking v gteat interest in their troop, and'parades were "well attended. An mtpr-patrol competition was being held for tho cup' presented by JUr. (J. S. ilooie. The director had'offered a_ prize of a wristlet watch to the boy bringing the most new recruits with a ,full -attendance for three months after joining. The name o£ the winner will be announced shortly. Appreciation was expressed for the gift of two pairs of boxing gloves, from the Wellington , Boxing Association.
