WEDDINGS
Autumn-tmted chrysanthemums were effectively used in decorating St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral when tho marriage of Olga,^ only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Lezard, of Wellington, to John Eae, son of Mr. ; . : and Mrs. Bentley, Wellington, was solemnised. The Bey. Canon James officiated, and Mr. Eobert Parker presided at the organ. The bride, escorted by ' her father, was in a long-sleeved- gown, of ivory ring velvet, cut on simple lines, and finished at tho back with a largo bow and panel of , silver tissue. .A. Juliet cap of pearls and small clusters of orange blossom held in place the Brussels lace veil which formed, the train, and she carried a sheaf of lilies and nerines. Mrs. AY. M. 'Nairn, as matron of honour, was in crimson mariette, with long sleeves, and a shoulder bow of satin to tone. Her picture hat was of honey-coloured felt and plush, and slio carried a sheaf of zinnias, roses, and carnations. Mr. C. G. Lezard was best man.. The wedding reception was held at Kirkcaldio ..and Stains' Jacobean rooms, whore Mrs. . Lezard received the guests, wearing a frock of beige and brown shaded ring velvet, a brown hat trimmed with plush, and a stone-marten stole,-her posy being of niauve flowers'.
