FARMERS' TRADING COMPANY

AUCKLAND, This Day. The report of the Farmers' Trading Company shows that the net profit for the year to 31st March was £60,422, compared with £49,334 last year. After paying 7 per cent, on A and B preference shares and 10 per cent, which the directors now recommend on ordinary shares, and providing for income tax and depreciation, there will remain £45,000 to carry forward. The amount to be dealt with .is over £100,000, as a large balance was carried forward from last year.
