TRUSTEES' EXECUTORS REPORT.
In their forty-eighth annual report and balance-sheet, directors of the Trustees, Executors, and, Agency Co of New Zealand, Ltd., Dunedin, state that the profit and loss' account showed a net pront lor the year of £3443 Cs, to which had been added the balance of £5757 14s lOd from last year, making a total credit of £9401 0s 10d., ,An interim dividend of 5 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended 30th September, 1929, was paid, amounting to £500, leaving a balance to be dealt with of £8901 0s lOd. Of this balance the directors recommend the following appropriations to be made:—To dividend of 2% per cent., making 5 per cent, for the year, £5000; to bonus at 3% per cent, on £20,----000,-£700; io be written oft*1 freehold property, account, £896 12s 9d; to be written off office-furniture and stationery, £633 7s 9d- leaving a balance to be carried forward of £6151 0s lOd. The retiring directors are Sir John Sinclair and Mr. V. O. Iscill, VW .offer themselves for re-election.
