A CONSTABLE'S DEATH
An inquest was held this afternoon on Constable John Baxter Scott, aged 31. The deceased was injured in. a motorcar accident at the. intersection of Coromandol and Constable streets on 15th September, 1929, and died iv the Wellington Hospital on 13th May last. Dr. P. P. Lynch, pathologist to the Wellington Hospital, who made a post mortem examination, said that" in his opinion the cruise of death was septic infection of the bladder and kidneys following an injury to the spine. The Coroner (Mr. T. B. M'Neil), returned a verdict iv accordance with the medical evidence.
