REPARATIONS LOAN
LONDON, loth May. , In the House of Commons, Mr.. P. Snowden, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, informed a questioner that tho proportion of the reparations loan, being issued in London would bai equivalent to Britain's share of German reparations. The whole of the* proceeds would be retained 'by tha British Empire.
