DUNEDIN, '. I6th May.

In' the Police Court' to-day, before Mr. H. W. Bundle,. S.M., the Waitaki Dairy Company, Ltd., was charged with selling butter which did not comply, with - the standard. ' '.;."'': : " Mr. W.D. Taylor, who prosecuted, said, the company had been previously convicted and hnd been warned four times. A sample analysed contained' 17.25 per cent, of water, whereas the Act allowed only 16 per cent. ■ Mr. A. N.
