GEELONG MURDER
■MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL
MELBOURNE, 14th May. At an inquest at Geelong into the death of Horace Walpole, the car driver who was found murderccl in, his taxicab on ?9th' April, Eric Broekwell was committed for trial on a charge of murder. . ' ■ .. ■ j
A detective gave evidence that Brockwell admitted having killed Walpole, and. added that he was not in his right senses owing to worry. He had bought a rifle intending" to kill himself.
