CHARGE AGAINST FISGHEE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . AUCKLAND, 14th May. A further remand was made . in. the Police Court when Eugene Hugh, Fischer, aged 49, an; engineer, was charged with the theft of the cutter Maroro valued at £350, the property of Laurence Pitcher, at Auckland on 18th November. In applying for a remand until Wednesday next Mr. Moody, who appeared for the accused, said that there was a possibility of a settlement out of.Court:; No objection to the application was raised by Mr. Osborne Lilly, who was appearing for the prosecution.
