(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Neill's building, with frontages to Bond and Crawford streets of 136 ft and to two other streets of 88ft, has been sold to a company for £45,000. It is proposed to crept a nine-story reinforced concrete' building of offices on the site, which is opposite the site of the new Post Office. . _._ ■
