SHEEPFARMERS' CLAIM

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMEESTON N,, This Bay. ; A case of interest to sheep farmers was heard.in the. Supreme Court. William Eveson,-Bayner, sheep farmer, of Mastertpn, proceeded against the New Zealand Boniney Marsh ■ Sheep Breeders' Association claiming that his Bomuey Marsh stud flock, said to be one of the largest in New Zealand, had been •wrongfully expunged from the stud book of the association. He asked that it should'be reinstated arid claimed £500 damages. After hearing evidence and counsel for the parties, his Honour agreed that there was no case to answer. He stated that while sympathising with the plaintiff, lie was unable to ' help him. There was no suggestion of fraud against him. The plaintiff knew what was required of him, and according to law Ms Honour 'could give him no relief. __ _•
