The League Secretary announces that .Tonkheer Van Loudon, after consideration of a report by Mr. MaeDouald on the London Naval Conference, thinks that a summer meeting would jeopardise the work' of the Disarmament Coinmissimu Therefore tho meeting has been fixed for 3rd November.
