BANDITS ENTER BANK
TRUSS UP STAFF WITH ROPES (Received 19th April, 11 a.m.) CHICAGO, 18th April. A bold robbery took place at Portland, whore two bandits entered a bank carrying a lunch box which contained ropes with which they trussed up the employees and secured £.2000 sterling in bank notes. They overlooked £.4000 in gold coin. ,
