...The New.Zealand Meat Producers Board has received a cablegram from its rppresentative,: at Buenos Aires, South America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for the fortnight ended 10th April, 1930, from Argentina and Uruguay (the figures do not include exports from Patagonia, Chile, or-8razi1): —258,550 quarters chilled beef, 4650 quarters frozen beef, 73,713 carcasses frozen mutton, Jfi9.550. -carcasses frozen lambs. The quantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during- the same period was as follows: — 61,886 quarters frozen beef, -13,426 carcaSstes frozen mutton, 78 carcasses frozen Jiinbs;*-'?;- ■■■'■-' -. ■■;.
