VALUELESS CHEQUES

AUCKLAND, 28 th March,
John Ryan, alias Hamilton, aged 60, who imposed on various firms to the extent of £400 by means of valueless cheques, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment, to be followed by twelve months' reformative detention.
