PAYMENT OF BONUSES
The case of the Elthahi Co-operative Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., against Wit Hani Jobnstoh, farmer, of Ngaere, wds continued beforo the Court ,of Appeal yesterday afternoon. The company appealed from a decision of Mr. Justice Ostler, who had held that article 53 of the I'Oihpahy 's articles, whicli provided tliat non-boua fide , ineinbert should not be entitled to any bonus payments made to bona fitle^ members (those who supplied all their milk to the company), .was Ultra vires. His ll6nour gave" judgment for Jbhiistdn for £101, claimed in resperi^-of butterfat supplied during a .period when he was sending only haif bis output; to the oempany. •. v_ ..
