Cheese is slow.-.New Zealand 79s to 81s, Australian 78s to 795. Messrs. A. S. Paterson and Co., Ltd., report having received to-day the following cable advice, dated 27th inst., from Messrs. J. andji: LOnsdale and Co., Ltd., London: Buttei-—Marked steadier. Danish, 1545; New Zealand, 128s, 1295; Australian, 1265, 1275. Cheese—Market easier tendency. White 78s, coloured 80s. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Co., Limited, have , received the following market report ..frohj : _,Messrs. Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, dated 27th March: "New Zealand butter, 128s, 129s per cwt, steadier; New Zealand cheese, market unchanged , but steady." Messrs. A. Ji Mills, London, 27th March, give the following market prices for ■ butter and cheese as ruling at close of business that day: Butter: The market is steadier. New Zealand finest 128s, 1295, first 1265, 1275: Danish, 140s, 148s r Australian, 1245, 128s. Cheese: This market is quiet. New Zealand white 78s, 795, coloured, 80s.
