Evan, Mahony, and Perciyal, were concerned in the receipt of £500 I graft money to securo the defeat of tho Transport Bill. They denied tho accusation,' 9and asked that a Commission of Inquiry be appointed.

The Attorney-General replied that if sufficient facts were adduced, an investigation would be ordered.
