HELP FROM PATRIOTIC FUND

AUCKLAND, 7th March.
The Auckland Patriotic and War Relief Association resolved to transfer £15,000 to tho capital account of the Veterans' Home to meet an anticipated deficit of £800 this year and to enable the committee to balance its budget annually. It was also resolved to ask tho Government for a subsidy on the amount'transferred, and to'ask for assistance from the National War Funds Council, tho Canteen Funds, and the council of the Shcepowners' Fund.
