CHANGES FORESHADOWED
ROME, 7th March,
A further great constitutional change is foreshadowed in a Bill introduced into the Italian Chamber of Deputies, the effect of which will make the Fascist Grand Council the co-equal.of tho King and Parliament. The Bill provides in the preamble that all laws contain words following the King's name signifying the consent of tho Council.
