PRIMARY SCHOOL SWIMMING.

What is recognised as one ot the biggest swimming carnivals held in Welhinjton will take place to-morrow afternoon at Te Aro Batlis, when the PrimarySchools' Association will hold its third annual carnival. A record entry has been received, with races for girls and boys of all ages, and novel and humorous events, diving, etc. Adequate preparations have been made to handle the programme with expedition and with prompt announcement of results, by means of loud-speakers. The programme will include the iinals of the Wellington, schoolgirl and schoolboy championships.
