. UNIFORM COLOUR SCHEME (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, 4th March. The following resolution was adopt.sd by the annual meeting of the Institute of Town Clerks: — "That in order to expedite the inspection of licences by inspectors, representation be made through the Municipal Association to tho Minister of Transport that local bodies be asked to adopt a uniform colour scheme for motor drivers' licences, such colour to conform with the colour of the number plates for that year."
