WOOL SITUATION
INCREASED DEMAND

LONDON, 7th February.
Commenting on the wool situation, Messrs. H. Dawson and Sons deprecate the adoption of drastic artificial schemes, and pronounced the opinion of wool manufacturing centres that the coming year promises to see a largely increased demand for fine grades. They point out that cheaper wool values is eliminating substitutes and auxiliaries to raw material.
