(Received Bth February, 2.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. In the Property Investment Company conspiracy case aIJ three defendants were committed for trial. Among the • evidence given to-day it was stated that in some instances of share sales brokegare was allowed to the extent of two shillings, for which only, two shillings were paid, but the company received only sixpence.
