GAOL FOR DISHONESTY

WAIMATE, 6th February.
Charles Kennedy, alias Karl llointz, was committed to prison for 28 days by Justices to-day on charges of theft of a pocket wallet from a saddlery shop and attempting to obtain goods by a valueless cheque from, the same shop.
