NO OFFICIAL PARTICIPATION
LONDON, sth February,
The Air Ministry has informed the Aero Club that though tho Government adheres to its decision no longer officially to participate in tho Schneider trophy contest, it is prepared to lend the club its racing 'planes if a challenge is received.
HONOUR FOR DEAD AIRMEN
LONDON, sth February
The Duko of York, in a speech at an Aero Club dinner, announced that the club had posthumously awarded the club's highest honour, namely, the gold medal, to Williams and Jenkins, who wero killed on 17th December in an attempt at a non-stop flight to Africa. .
