CARGOES STEADIER.
LONDON, sth February.
Wheat cargoes are steadier in sympathy with American cables. Sellers are occasionally asking sixpence more, but buyers are disinclined to do business even at the present prices. . Parcels are quiet, with an occasional advance of 3d or 6d.
