HATRY APPEALING
(Received 31st January, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 30th January. Clarence Hatry. who pleaded guilty to charges of forgejy and fraud and was sentenced to fourteen years' imprisonment, is appealing on the grounds that the sentence is too severe.
