Ladies' 220 yards' breaststroke championship. Holder, Miss L. Copplestono; record, Miss G. Pldgeon, 3min 35 l-ssec—Miss D. Pidgeon (Auckland), 1; Miss Thomson (Auckland), 2; Miss Broadhead (Wanganul), 8. Won by eight yards. 'Time, 3min 41 2-ssec.
Boys' 100 yards breaststroke championship. Holder, J. Mageo (Auckland); record, E. Heard, lmin 17 4-ssec. —J. Magee (Auckland), 1. Only entrant. Time, lmln 21sec.
Men's 440 yard? championship. Holder. G. Bridson; record, D. P. Lindsay, smln 28 l-ssec. —G. Bridson (Auckland), 1; A. Stokes (Canterbury), 2; C. Clarldge, (Wellington), 3. Won by twelve yards. Miss Farquhar finished second and Miss Robertson (Auckland) third, but they were disqualified for' not touching the toj> of the baths. The finish was close. Time, 70 l-ssec.
